How I came to open a microblading studio
Most beauty artists enter the world of Cosmetic permanent makeup for different reasons. For me I have come to realize the value of helping people feel great about themselves, I understand that the career in cosmetics is much more than what it seems for professionals in other fields. There is something cosmically fulfilling when you help boost someone’s confidence.
I asked myself in the beginning; why am I even interested? No amount of market environment factor has convinced me to become a permanent makeup artist; I genuinely and truly enjoy it and have full interest in it. I naturally gravitated toward this career due to my artistic nature.
There is no one in this world who would tell you that they don’t want to look good, at least if we are all being honest. I am here for those who seek enhancements because guess what? There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to improve how you look.
What is in it for me?
As a Permanent makeup artist, I take pride in everything I do. My responsibility to deliver outstanding results is sort of a big deal. I am permanently changing someone’s facial features. Since I have established myself as a microblading artist my client list has little by little been growing and it has truly given me a real sense of accomplishment.
The financial gain can be rewarding, the stability and the freedom of being my own boss and work on my own schedule is priceless. Far beyond the financial gain and the convenience of it all, helping women achieve their best look without completely altering their appearance is a gift for me that is worth more than you might think. Imagine being able to transform the life of someone who has lost their eyebrows due to an illness or more commonly grooming mistakes throughout the younger years. For someone dealing with irreversible damage this can be a total game changer. My clients smile at the end of every session it worth everything!

I established myself in Fort Pierce FL, this is my hometown. Fort Pierce is beautiful city on the east coast of Florida with a growing population of 47,000 residents. Reader’s Digest named Fort Pierce one of the top 20 most beautiful main streets in America, making this area quite popular as it is home to some of the best beaches. Future job growth over the next ten years is predicted to be 36.0%, which is higher than the US average of 33.5% making this area ideal to grow a small business such as my own.
